    We had an amazing time relaxing in the indoor pool and enjoying the sauna. The room was cozy with breathtaking views, and the breakfast spread was a real treat. Just a heads up, the shower did cause the bathmat to get a bit wet, but that didn’t stop us from loving our stay! 😊

    Staying at Grand Forest was a good experience. The amazing mountain views from my Junior Suite were nice. Breakfast featured scrumptious local dishes, a true culinary treat. I found the spa session limitations somewhat frustrating.

    The panoramic mountain views from my suite were striking. The accessibility to outdoor recreation was a highlight, providing great options for hiking trails nearby.

    The indoor pool was disappointingly cold, leading to a less-than-inviting atmosphere for swimming, especially in the chill of winter. Walking between heated areas was cumbersome due to uncomfortably cold corridors, which detracted from the relaxation experience. Plus, access to the spa's sauna and hammam required an extra charge, and the limited 30-minute time slots didn't allow for a proper relaxation experience. Not having more lenient pool hours for families was a frustration during a ski trip where afternoon access would have been ideal.

    A beautifully designed hotel with spacious rooms that offered amazing mountain views from the balcony. The massages were relaxing, and the restaurant provided excellent food, especially the fish and meat dishes.     The European breads and gourmet spreads at breakfast were a good start to the day! Plus, the hotel's picturesque ambiance. Don't miss that scrumptious breakfast! The friendly staff in the restaurant made dinner a joy too!

    The spa was a letdown. Paying extra for sauna access in a 5-star place? C'mon! And only 30 minutes? That's just not enough to unwind properly.
